Valentine’s Chocolate Coconut Bites
Makes 12 to 14

1 1/2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
3/4 cup pure maple syrup
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup organic coconut oil
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and use hands to form golf-ball-size treats. Serve.
