Coconut Water Doughnut Holes
Makes approximately one dozen holes

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup coconut water
2 tbsp. virgin coconut oil
1/2 tsp. pure organic vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. sea salt
Optional: 1/2 tsp. raw agave or 1 tbsp. coconut palm sugar to sweeten them up a little more.

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. (If you don’t have one, just mix in a bowl.)
2. Make mini balls/holes in your hand.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
